Transcription Factor 2 Target Gene

» Search for Transcription Factors
Transcription Factor-to-Target Gene (TF2TG) makes it possible to use high-throughput and other transcription factor binding site-related and transcriptomics data sets to predict what TFs might regulate a given gene of interest. The resource is designed to help answer the following questions: What TFs might bind to the promoter region of a given gene? What TF peaks are observed in the promoter region of a given gene and in a certain context, based on ChIP-seq or ChIP-chip data? What are potential long-distance enhancers that might regulate expression of the gene? As such, TF2TG should help you design specific experiments to test transcription factor network control of a given gene of interest.
