FlyPredictome: A structural atlas of predicted protein–protein interactions in Drosophila
FlyPredictome is an open resource for structurally resolved Drosophila protein–protein interactions (PPIs). We used AlphaFold-Multimer to predict pairwise complexes at proteome scale, scored each with the integrated Local Interaction Score (iLIS) — a local-confidence metric that performs robustly for flexible and intrinsically disordered proteins — and made every prediction searchable at residue-level resolution.

- iLIS — local confidence metric that captures PPI involving flexible and disordered proteins (10% FPR threshold: iLIS ≥ 0.223). Code: https://github.com/flyark/AFM-LIS
