» Search for DIOPT Orthologs
To search for orthologous genes at GuideXpress, first select an input-output species pair; then enter an FBgn, Gene Symbol for Drosophila genes, a VectorBase ID for mosquito genes, or an Entrez Gene ID/Symbol for Ixodes scapularis genes; select filter options (or leave default settings); and then click submit.

» Search for Mosquito or Tick CRISPR sgRNA Designs
To search for CRISPR sgRNA designs for gene knockout in Anopheles, Aedes, or Culex, enter a gene ID or genomic location, then click the 'submit' button. The results page will include an embedded JBrowse view and below that, a table.

» Search Mosquito Cell Line Expression Data
To search RNA expression data from the Anopheles gambiae Sua5B cell line, enter a list of VectorBase IDs or gene names, then click the 'submit' button. Raw data from VectorBase dataset DS_1c16f776df processed using Salmon and tximport.
