SignPredictor (PERL sign prediction tool) is a PERL module that can be downloaded and installed locally. This program accepts phenotype matrix and PPIs as input and predicts signed PPIs. It can be applied to any species as long as phenotype matrix and PPI networks are available. Further, the program enables user to change the parameters such as Z score, number of RNAi screens and sign score cutoff values to construct networks with different levels of confidence.
Supplementary file Signed Network provides data about the protein-protein interaction (PPI) network. Basic information such as the source type (prediction or literature), edge sign, number of screens used, Pubmed identifiers, etc. can be found in this file for each interaction defined in the network.
