Hitlist Basics
- The option to view and manage the list of hits will become available once a screener has submitted hit information for one or more wells. To do that see here (Screeners Only).
- The list of hits displays a large amount of customizable gene, amplicon, and QC information.
- By default, only those wells that are submitted as hits are displayed. If a well is submitted with a hit value of 'N', it is not displayed by default.
Changing Displayed Columns
- There are many columns of gene, amplicon, and well information that can be displayed, but these are too many to display at once.
- To change which columns are displayed, use the menu at the bottom of the hit list page.
Selecting Hits
- The list of currently displayed hits can be changed by clicking on the left-hand side check boxes and clicking the "Display Selected Hits" button.
- The entire list of hits can be re-displayed by clicking on the "Display All Hits" button.
- The "Search" button can be used instead of the check boxes to display only those hits that meet a given criterion.
Downloading Hit Information
- The "Download Tab-Delimited File" button allows you to download the currently displayed list of hits into a file that can be imported into a spreadsheet program such as Excel. The columns included in this file are the same as what are currently displayed.
