Entering Screen Data

Entering Hit Data

  • Use the ' Phenotype Submission Page' to submit which wells give positive results.
  • In order to find out what gene is in a particular well, you must submit hit information for that well.
  • Please be aware that if you mark a well with a hit value of 'N' that means that that well is specifically not a hit.
  • When your screen is published your hit list will appear in the public section of the DRSC. That list will reflect what you have submitted. You are responsible for any discrepancies between your published list and the list you submitted to the DRSC.

Entering Plate Reader Data

  • Use the ' Analyst Platereader Data Submission Page' to submit raw data from a plate reader screen.
  • This tool allows the computation of plate-based statistics and normalization.
  • This tool does not provide gene and/or amplicon identities for wells. You must use the Phenotype Submission Page described above for that information.
