About

More and more data has been collected regarding genome variations, some of which underlie biological functions and the differences in the susceptibility to disease. SNP CRISPR is implemented to help scientists design sgRNA sequences that can specifically target genome locations that are different from the reference genome for Fly, Human, Mouse, Zebrafish, Rat, and Rice. Users need to provide the genome coordinates as well as the variant information.
