Using the Gene Ontology Database
- The GO database is a database of gene function and product cellular localizations.
- GO data is available as a column in a screen's hit list. However, this data comes from FlyBase and not the GO database directly. It does not include the full GO tree and there have been a few reports of inaccuracies.
