The file celltiter_data.txt is a tab-seperated dump of all the data points from the CellTiter Assays. Each line represents a data point resulting from one experimental pass on one well. The columns are as follows:

DRSC Amplicon    Our internal identifier for the amplicon.
Assay    Which assay was performed in this pass.
Raw Exp Result    Platereader result.
Z-score    Z-score for that result based on plate.
S Primer    One of the two amplicon primers.
R Primer    One of the two amplicon primers.
Target Gene    Name of gene originally targetted by amplicon primers.
PCR Length    Length of PCR product.
Conc.    Concentration in RNA plate well.
Gel Eval    Evaluation of QC gel data.
PCR Eval    Evaluation of original PCR QC.
PCR T7 Eval    PCR QC after T7 promoters added.
RNA Comment    Any comments associated with the RNA plate.
Aliquot Comment    Each 384-well experimental plate is aliquoted from 4 96-well RNA plates. If anything happened during the aliquot process, it is noted here.
