ImCellPhen

ImCellPhen is open-source software with intelligent user interfaces for effective exploration and investigation of large image sets, such as those generated in high-content screens of cell cultures. It visualizes patterns (potential phenotypes) embedded in an image data set and the relationships between those patterns. It allows biological experts to teach the system to recognize cellular phenotypes by providing relevant images - a technique called content-based image retrieval with relevance feedback.
